Stunning transformation in Cheshire

UPVC windows We recently completed a project in rural Cheshire – the owners approached Bayfield Bespoke having been our name by a work colleague who had used us in the past!

The 1950s detached house was in a stunning location but tired and in need of a full refurbishment.

Mr and Mrs O wanted a contemporary look and had already instructed an architect to draw up plans for an extensive extension. They had set their heart on grey aluminium windows and doors throughout .

How long until Christmas?!

Many wait until Bonfire night is over before beginning to plan for the festivities. Planning ahead certainly helps to remove the stress from coordinating all the aspects that contributes towards a successful celebration!!

The same can be said with regard to planning anything – in particular home extensions and renovations.

Homeowners are delighted with replacement UPVC windows

They were planning some renovations to their property which included replacing their existing timber windows. The original windows had become weathered and were no longer energy efficient. They also detracted from the appearance of their home.

They were working within a budget so were interested to hear what alternatives to timber Bayfield Bespoke could offer them.

Flush casement UPVC windows proved to be a perfect alternative to timber …

Replacement UPVC windowsWe were recently appointed to replace some original flush casement timber windows for a customer in Cheshire, Ms K. As an owner of a period property she was anxious to retain the overall appearance of her home.  As she wanted to match her existing timber windows as closely as possible she was under the impression her only option was to replace like for like!

We were able to suggest 4 different alternatives which would not only retain the character and integrity of her period home but would be easy to maintain, energy efficient and cost effective – certainly worthy of consideration!
